Abstract
Under the background of developing new quality productive forces, higher requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of engineering practice education talents in universities. With the goal of cultivating innovative abilities through the practice of new quality talent engineering, this study aims to address the problems in project-based teaching in engineering training, explore new ideas for project-based teaching reform, construct a multi-level integrated and interconnected innovative curriculum system, and explore new models of iterative project-based teaching. Based on the characteristics of talent cultivation in different majors, combined with the existing software and hardware equipment and faculty of the Engineering Training Center, establish a four level coupled progressive project resource library, and integrate ideological political and labor education into the project. Starting from the perspectives of evaluation subjects, content, indicators, and methods, a project-based teaching evaluation system with “five dimensions, four subjects, and three combinations” is established to form a project-based teaching system for engineering training that is suitable for the development of new quality productivity. This provides reference and inspiration for the reform and implementation of project-based teaching in engineering training.
