Abstract
The focus of experimental teaching in power electronics technology is on engineering and practicality, proposing to take “non ideal” phenomena and “faults” in engineering practice as the starting point, inspiring students to think independently from an engineering perspective, and achieving a research closed-loop design of “discovering problems, proposing hypotheses, designing verification schemes, simulation analysis, experimental verification, and drawing conclusions”. Taking the three-phase bridge fully controlled rectifier circuit experiment as an example, from the perspectives of the influence of transformer leakage inductance on circuit waveform and commutation process, and the relationship between thyristor faults and waveform defects, combined with software and hardware platform design experimental verification, students’ engineering awareness has been shaped, and their engineering practice ability and research exploration ability have been cultivated.
