Abstract
A single-phase cascaded H-bridge NPC multilevel inverter experimental platform was built to address the low efficiency of transplanting traditional power electronics teaching control algorithms. The hardware part of the experimental platform includes LC filtering module, sampling module, single-phase cascaded three-level inverter power board module, and DSP embedded control board module. The software part adopts MATLAB/Simulink automatic code generation technology to achieve fast generation of DSP control algorithm code. Finally, taking the implementation of finite set model prediction algorithm as an example, the operating principle of the experimental platform is explained in detail. The experimental results show that the platform can efficiently complete the design and verification of the algorithm.
