In order to enhance the content of experimental teaching in smart manufacturing engineering, cultivate outstanding talents with cutting-edge manufacturing core knowledge and skills, and provide innovative impetus for industrial upgrading, we fully utilize a certain enterprise's production line as a practical base, closely combining industrial Internet of Things and digital twin technology to construct a data-driven virtual-real interaction experimental platform system of smart production line. This system not only integrates data collection and transmission modules, twin synchronous communication modules, achieving precise mapping between physical and virtual entities, but also enables precise and real-time monitoring of the operation status of the production line. This system is compatible with the practical teaching of smart manufacturing engineering courses, enabling students to understand the principles of smart manufacturing technology in practice and proficiently master its operational skills in practical applications.
