Application of Digital Oscilloscope Based on Python Language Programming in Electrical Course Design Teaching

  • This paper presents a course design with students as the primary focus and teachers as the guides and facilitators, to address the lack of “diversified and personalized” approaches, aimed at cultivating innovative talents in the “new engineering” field of electrical engineering. The course design is demand-oriented based on the professional characteristics, interests, and practical goals of electrical engineering students. It adopts an open and diversified concept to design and implement digital oscilloscope related functions based on Python programming language. Multi-dimensional reforms and explorations are carried out in terms of experimental teaching content, teaching modes, process management, and assessment and evaluation. Throughout the course design process, students are guided to learn, explore, and practice independently according to the defined objectives, which significantly enhances their abilities in problem analysis, problem solving, engineering development, and innovation.
