Path Analysis of High-quality Development of Public Instrument Platforms in Universities

AbstractThe public instrument platform is an important carrier to support “Double First Class” construction of universities and toserve the local industry development. The request of developing new quality productive forces in the new times demands public instrument platforms continuing to develop high-quality construction, and to speed up the formation of sustainable mechanism of high-quality development. Based on the developing status and problems of public instrument platforms in universities, by combining with the practice of the construction of analytical and testing center of Chongqing university in recent years, in the article, it points out multiple construction paths, i.e., top-level planning and design, managerial operating mechanism, talents squad construction, and shared service capability, in order totake well-targeted steps to promote more high-quality development of public instrument platforms, expecting to provide an explorable solution for improving the construction efficiency of public instrument platforms.
