Promote the Development of Experiment Teaching Center by Target Management

This paper introduces the biological experiment teaching demonstration center of Huazhong University of Science and Technology applies the teaching and laboratory management two in one system, and describes the process of implement of target management and performance evaluation during experimental teaching and laboratory management. It concludes the influence and effect of new management system to experiment teaching staff construction and innovative talents cultivation.
