Discussion on Technician Team Construction and Management of the Public Health and Prevention Medicine

The public health and preventive medicine is a practical applied discipline. The key is the technician team with superior quality, reasonable structure and relative stabilization. This paper describes current situation of the public health and prevention medicine laboratory of Lanzhou University from team amount,age,supplement, academic degrees, professional titles,motivation,service and corporation spirit. Meanwhile, this paper designs concrete reinforce suggestions and strategies via discipline construction, reform of personnel system,talent team construction, experimental workload, rewards and punishments system and moral encouragement.
