Discussion on the Transmission Electron Microscope Experiment Teaching of Polymer Science

  • It is necessary to adjust transmission electron microscope (TEM) experiment teaching according to subject direction. For polymer science, major theory teaching contents have been pointed out, teaching purposes have been revised, and teaching steps have been arranged reasonably. In experiment classroom, how to prepare and study the polymer materials samples by TEM were narrated. Those experiment teaching and practice steps combined with SEM (scanning electron microscope) can improve the abilities to analyze the microstructures of polymer materials.
