Abstract
In view of low passion of learning, old forms of teaching and poor connect between learning and practice, reform and exploration were performed in the pattern and procedure of microbiology experimental teaching. In results, it is showed that the subjective initiative were moved, innovation consciousness were activated, the ability of innovation, comprehensive analysis and problem-solving skills were trained, the distance between learning and scientific research production, the foundations to finish the graduation thesis and engage in the research and production work were laid. The reform experience could provide references for the other courses.
