Abstract
Traditional biochemistry experiment examination standard only relies on the students’ experimental attitude, the experiment process grade of test report as the basis. Being in a passive position during the whole experiment, the students only pay attention to the experimental report and it would restrict the development of students’ creative thinking and innovation ability. Therefore, the traditional examination method should be adjusted. Biochemical examination content should be run through the whole process of the course, in the many aspects, and combine with the end of term test results. The final results of the experimental examination of each student should be standardized and scientific and the practical ability of students should be more comprehensive and objective evaluated.
