Improvement of DNA Denaturing Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis in Experiment Teaching

  • Status of DNA denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis is very important in modern biological technology, but polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis operation is difficult, affected by many factors, time-consuming. In order to make the DNA denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis adapt to experimental teaching, the vertical polyacrylamide electrophoresis technology related operation process is researched, and the experiment is improved and optimized. The improved and optimized experimental operation tends to be convenient, detailed, high success rate, less time-consuming, and reagent formula is more reasonable, which provide a basic condition for experimental teaching.
