Thoughts on the Construction of the Technician Auxiliaries for Biological Undergraduates of University

With the rapid development of biotechnology, biological instruments and applicants have become sophisticated and the new technology, brad-new applicants combined with the situation of the current reform in experiment teaching have triggered new criteria for technicians, Hence, it is necessary to construct a skillful technician auxiliary with strong sense of service, innovative consciousness and ability. This paper analyzed the main problems posed before the technicians, and made deep thoughts and explorations on the construction of the technician auxiliary under new situations, which may provide theoretical basis for the construction of the reasonable and stable technician auxiliary with high capability.
