Enhance the Management of State-owned Property to Improve the Utilization

The property of teaching labs is important in universities. How to manage that properly for improving their utilization is an important problem for people who are managing the property. This paper analyzes the problems resulting from the poor management of property and provides some measures for solving the problems. Therefore, we need to reform and enhance our awareness to establish management systems, search an effective method of property management, such that utilization can be maximized to serve the teaching and researching activities better.
