Practice and Experience on the Reform of Microbiology Experimental Course

  • Microbiology experiment is the basic of the life science courses. By furthering microbiology experiment reform, four aspects were discussed in this paper. The first is to clarify the basic boundary of microbiology experiment course according to the aseptic technique training. The second one is to adjust the experimental teaching order according to the process of research experiment course. The third one is to strengthen the experimental preview and process assessment to improve the evaluation methods. The last one is to establish open platform for the students. The combination of teaching and scientific research could cultivate and enhance students‘ comprehensive ability.
