Reform in Experimental Teaching and Analysis of It‘s Teaching Effect for Curriculum of Food Analysis

Abstract
Recently, college students are usually lack in both standardization of experimental operation and logical thinking, although experiment is a very important part of curriculum of food analysis. In order to improve experimental teaching effect, a new experiment teaching model was explored including preview of course, and the teaching effect was analysis by questionnaire survey. The results showed that the ratio of “love experiment” was increased from 48 to 75 after employing the new teaching model.Similar results were obtained while the new teaching model was carried out over three years. The above results indicate that the learning interest and the activity of students are stimulated effectively by the new teaching model, so it is worth to popularize to the similar courses.
