Research on Management Model of Open Laboratory for the Cultivation of Innovative Talents

On the basis of the ideas and methods of open laboratory, this paper introduces the model and management strategy of open laboratory in the universities, to explore the management model of open Network Communication Laboratory. Based on the innovating personnel training, this paper discusses the specific measures of open laboratory, including the reform of experimental teaching method, the abundant comprehensive experiment projects and the development of practical management system. The open Network Communication Laboratory is conducive to improving the quality of experimental teaching and plays an important role in developing the students practical ability, innovation ability and scientific research ability.
