Current Situation of University Laboratory Management and Countermeasures

Laboratories are major places for university to teach and do scientific research. It can not only meet the fundamental requisitions of experimental classes but also guarantee students‘ full development and scientific research. It is an outstanding reflection of university‘s research and management level, which makes it a key of university subject construction and full development. Laboratory management level has important effect on the development of students‘ practicing ability and creative spirit. It can directly influence the talents training and scientific research advancement of the university. This paper mainly analyzed the current situation of university laboratory management, and proposed some countermeasures from the teaching practices, including changing the managing concept, build and improve the managing system, reinforce teachers‘ construction and improve comprehensive utilization rate. This will supply strategy support for university laboratory management.
