Management Approaches Served in Innovative Laboratory Practice and Competition

Laboratory is the main place for the organization and conduct of academic competitions where the students can complete experiments courses and carry out independent innovation practice. In order to meet the different needs of students, and to be truly open and orderly there is a lot to plan and perfect except the introduction of information management systems and experimental environment wide open. students can conduct experiments in the interest of driving, especially innovative practice activities outside the course experiment.This paper introduces three aspects of experience and achievements of our school circuit and testing technology laboratory in the management process,including currently running of the laboratory, the existing problems and the effectiveness of measures, hoping to provide some ideas to the management of university laboratories.
