Implementation and Experience of the Opening Items of the Laboratory

Laboratory opening is a serious content in the development of university laboratory in China. It plays an important part in cultivating innovative talents. In recent years, Nanjing university of information science and technology has pressed ahead with reform of laboratory opening and practice and search. With the advantage of the laboratory resource, project oriented opening items of the laboratory were developed. The construction process, incentive measures and implementation effect of the opening items of the laboratory in this university were introduced in this paper. The importance of the opening items of the laboratory in stretching the classroom instruction, setting up the team consciousness, cultivating the spirit of innovation, stimulating learning enthusiasm and promoting the sharing of was described with examples.
