Application of Leaf Color Mutant in the Teaching of Gnetics Experiment

The leaf mutant trait can be easily observed in earlier period and Genetic analysis found that the mutant was controlled by a single recessive gene.We proposed to use rice leaf color mutant to conduct the teaching experiment of the law of segregation.The experimental design is executable and improves the interest of learning.This is a exploration to turn an achievement in scientific research into the teaching experiment.
