Strengthen Laboratory Management and Improve Postgraduates’ Innovative Ability

With further reform of study on postgraduate laboratory management of universities,to advance the reform and annotation on postgraduate laboratory management has become an imminent new topic of new-built universities.The problems of postgraduate laboratory management were analyzed,and the related problems were discussed in this paper.We strengthened the laboratory management,which included laboratory personnel,laboratory construction,laboratory regulations,laboratory environment and experimental equipment maintenance and repair,etc.We had gradually realized systematization,standardization and scientific management.The laboratory management adapted the trend of postgraduate education development and enhanced the innovative ability of postgraduate students.
