Exploration and Practice of Forest Protection Top-notch Innovative Personnel Training

The plan of“Top-notch talent”provides a platform for higher education workers,in order to promote the top creative talents to stand out,and improve the talent training scheme,the Forest Protection National Teaching Team of Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University carried out a series of exploration and attempt,such as in the new top creative talents training system settings,experiment examination mode,comprehensive experiments mode and other aspects.Practice shows that the exploration and practice of top creative talents training have a positive effect on cultivating the innovation ability of students.
