Application of Innovative-designing Comprehensive Experiment Lesson of Biological Engineering Major

  • Comprehensive experiment lesson of technology in Biological Engineering Major does not only systematically consolidate the learned knowledge of student and raises them the ability of project operation, but also should cultivate their innovation capability. Its teaching program should be reformed to improve its teaching quality. This paper takes comprehensive experiment lesson of beer brewing technology as example to discuss a new innovative-designing teaching program. In this program, innovative designing of a novel product was added into lesson content and students’ presentation-dependent assessment methods were established. The new teaching program could solve some common teaching problems happened in experiment lessons and arouse students’ learning interest and innovation consciousness. The reformed teaching program could be widely applied.
