Reform of Aircraft Electrical Practical Courses Based on Outstanding Engineers Training Plan

As the large-scale importing of A380, B787 advanced type, personnels overall quality is higher and higher in aviation electrical engineering maintenance. In this paper, for outstanding problems that aircraft electrical professional students lack of learning autonomy or poor of application ability, the specific reform measures have been put forward and implemented in related practical courses, which is based on “outstanding engineers training plan” training mode. The practice results show that the teaching effect is obviously improved and students’ evaluation is very well.
