Virtual Simulation Development of Oil Drilling/Production Equipment

  • Petroleum drilling/production equipment is used for drilling and production. It has numerous parts and complex structure. The operators must spend long-term practice to be familiar with it. We establish the three-dimensional model of equipment using Solid Works (SW) software. Combining the equipment of virtual simulation experiment teaching center, the oil drilling/production virtual simulation platform is established. The experiment platform provides a virtual drilling/production device system which is similar to the real system for the students to visit, train and operate. It is not only helpful to understand the devices and train skills, but also deepen the theoretical knowledge and improve the innovative consciousness.
