Application of Origin in Measurement of Refractive Index of Prism

Based on the data from the determination of the refractive index of the prism in the general physics experiment,we discuss how to deal with the angle data using the Origin software,and calculate the refractive index of 7 spectrum line from the mercury lamp.At last,a complex diagram of the prism dispersion was figured by Origin software.The results show the Origin software is very suitable for processing and graphing experiment data.
