Teaching Reform of Engineering Training and Practice of PLC Based on Excellence Program

The development of excellence program was designed to train a number of engineering and technical personnel having innovative ability.Firstly,combined with the characteristics of our local high level application oriented undergraduate university,training plan revision of talents,it is focused on the implementation of the practice teaching module arrangement and the revise of the course corresponding engineering training arrangement. Secondly,it is combined with training needs under the new situation of PLC technology on the skills of personnel and engineering practice ability,innovation ability in the teaching arrangement.Comprehensive training projects,innovative,competitive training project,social certification,industry certification training project gradually layer by layer update engineering training content. Finally,the innovation ability is the diversification of evaluati-on standard and promote the real development of engineering training.This paper is to implement PLC project training as an example to carry on the elaboration,through excellence engineer PLC engineering practice in our hospital.It gradually formed a good trend of cultivating engineering talents with innovative ability.
