Discussion on the Open-Sharing Management of Large-Scale Precision Instruments

A open-sharing management of the large-scale precision instruments was the effective way to cultivate innovative talents in the universities.Based on authors work practice,this article analyzed current existing problems on the large-scale instrument management in our university,and gave out some advices on how to establish management mechanism,setting up a new open-sharing management mode,a system of paid use,improving junior manager construction and enhancing the maintenance consciousness,to ensure the rational use of the large-scale precision instrument.
