Abstract
The overall structure of the designed platform can be described as “three systems,four functions and five levels”.The modern information technologies are distributed technology for resource storage,practical virtualization technology,streaming media treatment,identity authentication technology and testing technology for experiment process with streaming media etc.Through these technologies,an open,shared,virtual and long-distance experimental teaching can be realized.Then distance education can be realized so that students can conduct experiments and design practical activities themselves,meanwhile teachers can guide and value experiments and prepare lessons remotely.
