Discussion on the Application of Self-made Instruments in Basic Chemistry Experiment Teaching

In order to improve the quality of experimental teaching,teachers in laboratory have made instruments by themselves which were suitable for basic chemistry experimental teaching. It plays a positive rule in saving energy,improving functions of experimental instruments,and elevating the students’ interest in the study,and which has promoted reform of experimental teaching and driven sustainable development of laboratories. Teachers’ and students’ abilities of creation and operating have been developed by the design and manufacture and applications of practical cases,such as circulating water generating device by ways of spray cooling,their comprehensions abilities to theoretical knowledge have been developed. Design and manufacture of self-made instruments need advance with time,which cannot be one-step process. So we put forward some opinions to improving and promoting the self-made instruments.
