Rethinking on Teaching in Inquiry-based Experiment of Microbiology

  • Inquiry-based teaching is a popular teaching method in worldwide,especially for basic science teaching.To explore the application effect of inquiry-based teaching methods for microbiolgy experiment teaching,by analyzing the features and advantages of the plant endophytes as the objects of Microbiology practice teaching,combined with the teaching case on implementation process and teaching effect of endophytes screening form medicinal plants and their biolgical activity assay,expounds the existing difficulties and problems,and the future of inquiry teaching reform direction is propected.In conclusion,the screening and activity analysis of endophytes form medicinal plants is a platform which is very suitable for the practical teaching of microbiolgy experiment.
