Discussion on How to Cultivate Students′ Practice Ability in the University of Applied Technology

It is very important in the aspect of talent cultivation that build the organic combination of theory and practice in these applied science and technology universities. Different schoois exist different problems in the construction of practice training. How to sequence the relationship between theory and practice,and carry out teaching reform according to the local conditions. As a line worker,the author analyzed the problems in the teaching management,and analyzed the causes of the problems,and discussed the corresponding countermeasures in this paper.Through endeavor and improvement,we achived good teaching effect.
