Construction of Practical Teaching System of Food Science and Engineering

  • Practical teaching is an important part of cultivating excellent engineers of food science and engineering. The practical teaching system of food science and engineering based on the Program of Excellent Engineers Education is constructed from aspects of putting the moral education into the practical teaching, construction of three- dimensional practical teaching system, building for intramural and out- college practice base, carrying out professional qualification appraisal, construction of teaching staff, establishment of security system for practical teaching and creation of a new practice assessment system. And the implementation effects are summarized. It is aimed to cultivate industry- oriented talents to meet the needs of social development.
