Application of 7S Management on the Journalism and Communication Laboratory

In order to improve the management of the journalism and communication laboratory,7S management and its application on journalism and communication laboratory has been studied. Based on the analysis of the characteristics,current status and existing problems of university journalism and communication laboratory,7S management has been implemented in the journalism and communication laboratory of Sichuan University successfully. By the application of 7S management,such existing problems of journalism and communication laboratory as unreasonable equipment management and irregular laboratory use have been resolved and the efficiency of the laboratory has been improved. The professionalism of teachers and students has also been enhanced by 7S management. The management of journalism and communication laboratory has been significantly improved.
