Simulation Debugging Techniques for Virtual Experimental Platform in Embedded System Curriculum Reform

  • In order to increase the teaching quality of embedded system course and cultivate the abilities of embedded system programming and debugging,virtual experimental platform for embedded system course is designed based on the content of embedded system course.Two kinds of source-level debugging techniques are presented to enhance the program debugging functions of virtual experimental platform.One is the remote simulation debugging techniques based on PROTEUS,the other is the local simulation debugging techniques based on GCC.The two kinds of debugging techniques are demonstrated respectively by the experimental project of determinant keyboard and the functions of virtual experimental platform are improved further.
