Theory and Simulation Analysis of RLC Parallel-resonant Circuit

  • This paper studies the theory of RLC parallel-resonant circuit, including the voltage-current characteristics and the phase diagram of ideal RLC parallel circuit and actual RL-C parallel circuit, the relationship of capacitance and inductance reactive power, and the derivation and calculation of the quality factor Q. This paper also carries out simulation analysis on these two kinds of parallel-resonant circuits with Multisim software. The results not only easily verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis, but also quickly and accurately observe the amplitude frequency and phase frequency characteristic curve of parallel-resonant circuit, which simplifies the experimental operation, and makes up for the shortage of equipment.
