Abstract
This paper uses the Cost 231-Walfisch-Ikegami model that simplified the Mobile TV signal transmission, and analyzes the relationship between power and bit error rate of LOS and NLOS through the MPSK modulation. The paper, with the aid of Matlab software, analyzes the MPSK modulation mode of mobile phone TV signals, finds out the direct line-of-sight and non direct line-of-sight under the condition of mobile TV signal transmission characteristics, emphatically discusses the transmit power and bit error rate under the condition of two kinds of relationship and provides, curves results. According to the characteristics of the curve, we can increase the transmitting power, reduce the bit error rate, and effectively avoid the waste of power.
