Test Platform Design of a Scaled Transporter Model Based on PLC

  • Depending on the construction of schools PLC experimental teaching platform of the project,this paper designs and implements a set of teaching and research to meet the needs of the PLC program a scaled model test car transporter platform. The experimental platform better integrated use of soft - a combination of hardware programmable load of modern control theory, simulation techno-logy, PLC application technology, USB communications technology and industrial control and other aspects of knowledge of the principles. It laid a good foundation for the hardware and software for teaching and research, and can fully meet the students in a variety of commonly used laboratory PLC control load requirements, with important teaching and practical significance. This paper focuses on the study and discussion of the experimental system hardware and software design part of the transformation of the specific method and platform value.
