Exploration on the Practice Teaching Mode of Transformation and Development of Communication Engineering

The transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges will become a breach of “thirteen five” higher education reform and an inexorable trend of connotation development of higher education. To take the connotation construction of communications engineering in Dali University as an example, the practical teaching strategy of transformation and development is proposed based on the idea of “excellent engineer education and training program” in the China's ministry of education, and the corresponding practical teaching platform is constructed. And a set of school enterprise cooperation model of double win type and double division type for regional services is summarized. Implementation results show the engineering practice ability, professional technical application ability and employment ability of the students have been improved, and the results provide theoretical basis and a case reference for the engineering practice teaching of school enterprise cooperation of transformation and development of local undergraduate school.
