Abstract
The purpose of the experiment examination is to cultivate students’ practical ability and innovative thinking. The content and form of the traditional experimental tests are not conductive to the students’ autonomous learning and creative thinking. In this paper, the examination reforms of examination content, examination scope, standard for evaluation and examination form, after examination of the information feedback of food chemistry experiment were tried according to increasing the experimental operation evaluation scale, broadening the range of examination oriented evaluation of diversified and comprehensive cooperation and the introduction of evaluation mechanism, to guide and improve the students’ learning ability.
