Practice and Exploration about Experimental Teaching Reformation of Molecular Genetics in Agricultural Science

In order to accommodate the rapid development of molecular genetics and the wide use of its technology increasingly in agriculture, cultivate agricultural students of high quality, the reform of molecular genetics experiment teaching was put into practice progressively for the agricultural professional students of Guangxi University. Demonstration of experiment class not only consolidates the theoretical knowledge traditionally, but also explores the role of the technical education, combining with the subject development trend and talent cultivation objectives. The molecular genetics experimental teaching reform based on the important theoretical demonstration and consolidates knowledge, combining practical education of new and high technology focus on several key open experiments. Practice shows that the reform improve the students’ enthusiasm to participate, to overcome the difficulties of the students for advanced knowledge and technology and mystery, effectively enhance the confidence of the students’ professional skills and innovation.
