Exploration on Internship and Training Mode of Improving Students‘ Engineering Practice Ability

In order to carry out “Excellent Engineers Education Program” completely, according to the demands of subject cultivation program of software engineering, the guidance to train engineering students, and the target to cultivate innovation consciousness, ability and practical ability, school of information and software engineering of UESTC formulated students’ internship and training program that planned practical teaching in the first class and arranged for several grade students to make internship and training in domestic and foreign enterprises, which made some professional exploration and practices for the improvement of students’ engineering practice ability.
