The Optimization and Practice of Research XRD Experiment Teaching Mode

  • The paper designs a research XRD experiment based on an example of synthesis of tungsten carbide (WC).By using XRD technique, the W, W2C and WC phases which generated from the process of WC fabrication are determined for qualitative, quantitative and grain-size analysis, aiming to guide and improve preparation skill and formula.We further indicate the importance of XRD analysis in the material researches via this study.Finally, the work possesses the values of research and exploration, as well as distinguishes from the traditional confirmative experiments.
