Research on Applied Talents Training Mode of Local Universities and Colleges

Which is the necessary choice is training applied talents serving the development of regional economy for local universities and colleges.This paper analyzes the orientation of local colleges, the goal of training,talents and the problems in training applied talents.Some measures and suggestions are presented from adjusting academic program structure, constructing curriculum system, school-enterprise cooperation, the construction of teachers group.
