Analysis for UAV Equipment Maintenance Talent Training Based on Dynamic Capability Set

With the concept and action of dynamic ability set, the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)equipment maintenance talent training mode to meet the basic requirements of life-cycle maintenance is proposed in the paper, thereafter the application-oriented talent training mode and connotation based on dynamic capability set is also analyzed.The training mode centers on the formation of maintenance, and tasked and projected with all kinds of abilities for the actual work.So the dynamic capability set of talent training is setted up and the corresponding curriculum system is formed, which reflect the teaching chain from perceptual learning, basic skills training to practical application ability.The practice shows that this training mode provides the basic standard for the training of UAV equipment maintenance technicians, which is of great practical significance to promote the training of UAV system equipment maintenance professional compound application talents with unique characteristics.
