Research on Open Teaching Management of Molecular Biology Innovation Experiment

In order to give full play to the important role of experimental teaching in cultivating the innovation spirit and practical ability of biological talents, this paper focus on the reform and practice of open operation management, student management, teaching means, contents and the teaching effect, and thus realizes the teaching mode with students independent experiment and independent operation as well as supplement of teachers guidance.This paper increases the utilization rate of laboratory instrument and the security of the laboratory open, and summarizes the results and problems of open teaching management.It lays the foundation for the open teaching management of other experimental teaching courses and provides the theoretical basis for cultivating top biological talents with comprehensive scientific literacy.
