Research on the Experiment of Course of“Computer Control Technology”for MCGS

  • This paper takes the course experiment of computer control technology as the analysis object, explores the teaching emphasis and difficulty of this course.The experimental research program is proposed according to the problem.A complete liquid level control system for monitor and control generated system(MCGS) is built, including automation softwares such as configuration software, the transducer and sensor, suitable PID control methods,etc.The man-machine interface of the liquid level control system is designed by using MCGS software.The level data of water tank is collected by the pressure and flow transmission sensors.The water pump is drove through the inverter pump.Thus the water level setting PID control is realized.This study integrates the typical automation software and hardware techniques and builds the application system of computer control technology.It helps automation major students enhance on the understanding of proportion integration differentiation(PID) control law, deepen the class teaching and experimental link, and cultivate students comprehensive application ability.
