Problems and Countermeasures that Face the General Specialized Laboratory in Common University

This paper introduced the different levels laboratories in universities, and the differences in capital investment, scientific research, teaching management models . The current situation and the main problems which exist in general specialized laboratory in common university are lack of high-level talented person, capital investment funds, low equipment utilization rate, and the unclear relationship of the duty and authority. The paper analyzed the problems and put forward the opinions and suggestions on the laboratory construction of the ordinary professional laboratory which do not have the function of scientific research.
