Exploration and Practice on Management Mode of Construction of Opening Scientific Research Experiment Platform

The establishment of an open scientific research platformis an effective channel to cultivate students practical application ability and improve their innovation consciousness. This paper combines the practical experience of the Laboratory of Leather Chemistry and Engineering of Ministry of Education, established the system of graduate students and management system, perfect rules and regulations are constructed. And then, effective management of“mentoring, reservation registration, regular maintenance and matching funds”has been formed gradually. The application of opening scientific research experiment platform has not only improved the students positive initiative, but also raised high efficiency with the apparatus and equipment.
